this blog has already does not have much meaning becos i have been using it for "ahemm" purposes. so, i am really sorry about it. but pls hop over to my other blog Down Memory Lanes, where it i wrote most of my normal posts. but hehe, it contains those "ahemm" blogs too. but don't mind, yeah, just skip it if it is too boring for you.
anyway, i am going back home tomorrow. wohoo, long awaited holiday. 1 week will be spending in hongkong & macau, while another week will be staying at home. can't wait for tomorrow… will be taking an earlier flight tomorrow instead of the late noon flight. with the earlier flight, i will be reaching around noon time and time will not be wasted. must make use of the time.. cannot let it go wasted. haha…

refinancing

i am thinking of refinancing my house because the current rate with the bank is quite high. but the problem is, we are still in the lock in period. i need to calculate out whether it is worth to refinance and pay the penalty or should i wait after the lock in period. i need a good mortgage lenders to help me out with those calculation.

i am going for a holiday soon next week. and i can't wait. but i foresee a lot of walking during the trip and hence, i will need a good walking shoes. been looking around but couldn't found one to my liking. i need one with durability and most importantly comfort. actually i have one in mind which are those Ecco shoes and i am still considering whether to get it a not. hhmmm, lets see.

i was browsing through the net when my sis send me the link to ask me buy a book for her. i was wondering what kind of book it is to have her need to buy it online and not at the local stores. the title of the book is A New Earth, Awakening to Your Life's Purpose. i was like "what??!!", i mean, my sis read this kind of book, so educational. is so unlike for someone who goes for magazines and magazines.

my small nephew is celebrating his birthday next week. i am now again being stucked with the question "what to buy for him as present?". arghh, i hate buying presents but i like giving presents. haha.. i am think of what toys to buy for him. something interesting and educational at the same time. i think i am going to shop around tomorrow some interesting present for him..

arrghhh, the electricity was cutted off suddenly just now. it seldoms happened over here. i lived here for almost 3 years and i think it happened only once or twice. luckily i was using my laptop and not the desktop. if not, i will surely screamed out loud. LOL. anyway, i was looking for some candles when the electricity suddenly came back.. wow wow, talk about efficiency.. haha

although i am going for a holiday soon this month, i can't wait to plan for another one later this year. hehe. i know it is greedy of me. but with all the stress now, i feel like holidaying whole year long. it will be great if i can go for Hilton Head rentals. i am sure it will be a great experience. and of course, a most relaxing holiday ever.

teak furnitures

i am planning to get some teak furniture for my garden when i go back for my holiday this middle of my month. it will add more spices to my current gaarden. with only some plants and flowers, it is time to add something else. and i think i will add a teak table and chair so that we can sit and relax in the garden.
